FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Hannity To Air Afternoons On AM 1100 The Flag and AM 1090 Tioga
FARGO, ND- Sept 2, 2014 Flag Family Media announced Tuesday morning that FOX TV and radio talk show host Sean Hannity will air his radio show from 2pm to 5pm beginning September 8th, 2014 on both AM 1100 WZFG in Fargo and AM 1090 KTGO in Tioga. Hannity made the announcement in a live interview with radio talk show host Scott Hennen just prior to the statewide radio talk show “What’s On Your Mind.”
Hannity has taken a special interest in North Dakota due to the huge economic energy boom and low unemployment rate in Western part of the state. His radio talk show will be moving from 660 KEYZ in Williston where it currently airs, to KTGO in Tioga and returning to the airwaves on the Eastern part of the state where he has not aired since 2013.
“We have the big news makers, the top stories of the day and it’s great to be back on the [Flag],” said Hannity. “It’s sort of like you put the band back together.”
In addition to Hannity, beginning September 8th both stations will also air the first of its kind information block showcased at the top of each hour featuring national news from FOX Radio News as well as local news, ag and weather.
“We’ve gone back and looked at our ratings when it was local show in the morning, to Mr. Limbaugh, to Mr. Hannity, to Mr. Levin and it’s off the charts, “said Hennen. “So the band is back together.”
Hannity will replace the “The Common Sense Club” with Leon Francis who will move to the 8am to 9am hour, Monday through Friday.
